Self-Supporting Tower

We offer an array of Villa Lift models capable of carrying up to three people or 550 LBS. Even our largest Villa Lift takes up less space in your home than a traditional hydraulic elevator or even residential MRL (machine room less) elevators. The Villa Lift luxury residential elevator does not need a separate space for machinery or additional room above and below the lift for a pit. Since the unit has a self-supporting structure, you will not have to add a frame structure to your home before having the elevator installed. This means you can fit this lift virtually anywhere in your home!

Circular, Octagonal, or Square Structures

Think outside the box. The Villa Lift comes in either circular, octagonal, or square cab and structure designs. Choose to be different with an array of structure and cab cladding colours and special finishes. Transparent panels come in laminated safety glass or extra durable polycarbonate.

Eco-Friendly

Don’t forget that a Villa Lift won’t be costly in your electric bills. As environmentally-friendly home elevators, the only electrical required to power it is 220V, 35 Amp, single phase service. This wheelchair-accessible residential elevator maintains all of the safety and technology features that the other elevator models have as well. Should a power outage occur, the Villa Lift safely descends a lower level and the electromechanical door lock enables the passenger(s) to exit, preventing an entrapment. The cabin is equipped with an LED light and comes in a wide selection of luxe finishes.

Wheelchair Accessible

Large Villa Lift models can be set up to have between two to five stops, which means it can be used in homes up to five stories or a total of 50 feet. Cabins come is various configurations and sizes up to 55" (1400mm). This provides enough space for a person in a wheelchair with an attendant or for up to three adults to stand in comfort. The cabin height is 78-3/4″ (2000mm), which is tall enough to provide headroom for most people. Rolling a wheelchair through the 39-inch wide entrance opening is easy to do! With same side, opposite side, or 90-degree door configurations, the Villa Lift can be configured to accommodate virtually any home construction.
