ELEVATOR INSTALLATION

Alliance Elevator’s installation team provides elevator installation solutions for architects, builders, contractors, and consultants. We install efficient, effective, and reliable elevators and accessibility lifts. We never standardize or settle for inferior products.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Preventative maintenance programs help avoid costly, large repairs and replacements of elevator parts, which ultimately saves our customers money and avoids problematic breakdowns, which cause elevator downtime. Our preventative maintenance programs are specifically designed to keep systems running smoothly and consistently by finding, diagnosing and fixing problems before they cause a shutdown.

ELEVATOR ASSESSMENT

To ensure optimal operation, your elevator system requires regular inspections and testing. Failing to have routine inspections performed by qualified elevator professionals can lead to equipment shutdowns and reliability issues, which can ultimately cause safety concerns. We offer device assessment services to ensure your devices are being maintained properly, safe to operate and are compliant to elevator and building code regulations. It is our goal to build the most robust elevator service organization in Ontario to perform full, in-depth elevator inspections and quickly remedy any problems so that your equipment and facility stays running smoothly.

ELEVATOR TESTING

Testing of the elevator system and safety components must be performed by a qualified elevator contractor licenced by TSSA in Ontario. Regular elevator inspections, along with annual testing of the elevator and safety components is a crucial service. Not only does annual testing of your elevator help minimize costly code violations; it can also help avoid expensive downtime or accidents causing damage, injury or worse. We include the annual testing of elevators in our maintenance programs.

ELEVATOR REPAIR

We provide emergency repair service 24/7/365 for residential and commercial elevators. The Alliance Elevator Service Department is focused on getting your elevator back up and running as quickly and cost efficiently as possible. We take a consultative approach and walk our customers through each step of the process, from creating a scope of work, applying for permits and scheduling the work around building tenant needs.

EMERGENCY SERVICE CALLS

Sometimes things happen between scheduled maintenance visits, but Alliance has you covered. We have expert elevator technicians ready to help. Have you ever had a service provider show up on site to make a repair and tell you “we’ll be back” with parts or another technician? Our goal is to minimize “call-backs,” or multiple visits to your site to fix the same problem. Minimizing “call-backs” decreases costs and elevator downtime for our customers. We deploy a mobile inventory of the most commonly used replacement parts in each of our service vehicles and our highly-trained technicians are equipped to handle all elevator repairs — ensuring your elevator is fixed during the first visit so you can keep tenants happy by avoiding long-term shutdowns.
